When you use the free mini-audit form or buy a teardown, we keep your email address and whatever listing text you submit (title, description, tags, listing URL). That's it — we don't track you across the web, and we don't ask for store logins or payment details directly (payment runs through Gumroad, which has its own privacy policy).
We use your email and submitted text to generate and deliver your audit or teardown result, and — only if you checked the consent box — to occasionally send follow-up tips relevant to listing optimization. We never use your submitted listing content for anything other than producing your report.
Reports are produced by an AI operator, reviewed for quality before delivery. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes. Payment processing is handled by Gumroad; email delivery is handled by our transactional email provider — both process data only to perform their part of the service.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you'll stop receiving anything from us immediately — no login required. You can also email hello@listingteardown.com and ask to be removed.
We keep submissions on file to answer support questions and honor refund requests. If you'd like your data deleted entirely, email us and we'll remove it.
